Tom Diecidue - Guitars & Vocals

Tom is a talented guy!  He has a unique guitar style, mixing jazz, intense rock and soulful blues. His musical abilities and composition style go far beyond the typical.  Tom’s musical endeavors span live performances with many top bands, winning various guitar competitions, and performing for several Pennsylvania governors.  He also composes a variety of original music including independent film scores.  For this project, Tom has also taken up the role of bass player; his musical and personal contributions to Three Cross Road has been invaluable!

Dennis Mclaughlin – “The Happy Drummer” & Vocals

Dennis is a self-taught drummer, percussionist and vocalist who started playing music professionally at 15 and never looked back.  Over the decades, he’s performed and recorded with a multitude of very talented musical acts, throughout the east and northeastern U.S.  While he loves being creative in the studio, his passion for performing live is obvious at every show…earning him the nickname “The Happy Drummer”!  These days, he often lends his talents for a variety of charity events throughout Central Pennsylvania.  With Dennis on drums and Tom Diecidue on bass, they have created the backbone of the Three Cross Road live experience.

Rick Way – Keyboards

Heavily influenced by the early music of Elton John and the like, Rick has been playing pop-music piano, at a high level since before reaching his teen years.  He has played in successful music groups from Florida to Kentucky, in music venues ranging from performance halls to the some of the largest churches in the south.  Rick and Bobby Shokes met and started playing and writing music together at the age of 12…they formed a musical and personal friendship that has spanned 5-decades.  His piano arrangements permeate throughout the Three Cross Road music and have been the inspiration for co-writing many of the songs they perform. 

Bobby Shokes - Guitars & Lead Vocals

Singer, songwriter, and musician Bobby Shokes has also been performing music for over 50-years.  His musical career has ranged from rock, to smooth jazz, and as a “1st call” demo musician for many developing talents in Nashville’s country music scene.  He and Rick Way have performed at numerous venues and events throughout Central PA.  With Three Cross Road, Bobby and Rick have sought to present songs of substance and positive messaging into a main stream rock format.  Connecting with Dennis and Tom has been the key to bringing Three Cross Road’s music to life. 

Amy Flowers - Singer

Amy has joined the Three Cross Road live experience by bringing her strong vocal talents to the stage with the band.  Her strong, heartfelt performances have captivated audiences for years.  With a career spanning over 4-decades, she has established herself as a distinguished artist known for her unwavering dedication to the craft of singing.  She has sung with or opened for numerous national acts including Nashville’s Opryland.  Amy enjoys mentoring and coaching aspiring vocalists in Central PA via her personal business, “House of Vocals”.

DAVID LIPP - ACOUSTIC GUITAR, SINGER

David is a seasoned musician and vocalist, serving as Worship Leader for a variety of church communities throughout the Carolinas.  He studied music at Eastern Illinois and has privately taught all facets of voice, piano and percussion.  Most importantly to Three Cross Road, Dave has contributed to the writing of several songs on the Bethesda Mission Project album.  Three Cross Road has allowed him to reconnect with life long friends and musical partners Bobby and Rick.
